You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Earth 67. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Terms

Earth 67 Premium is a monthly subscription service priced at $1.99 per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis
• Cancel at any time via the Stripe billing portal or by contacting us
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period in which you cancel

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or repurpose news content in violation of copyright law
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

Intellectual Property

The news content displayed through Earth 67 is sourced from third-party RSS feeds and belongs to the respective publishers. We do not claim ownership of this content. The Earth 67 website, including its design, branding, and original features, is property of ZimpoLabs.

Fees and Payments

All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD). We use Stripe for payment processing. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Earth 67 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. News content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for its accuracy or timeliness.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZimpoLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZimpoLabs, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Earth 67 at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
